About Us

Welcome to Garage 56. Our namesake comes from the 56th Garage at Lemans. The Garage for the cars that don’t quite fit in anywhere else. G56 was started by a group of friends who were looking for a way into motorsports, and to help grow the community of racers in the southeast area. We are not your large chain performance shops, we’re not going to quickly get you in and out like they may… but we care. Parts? We sell them. Labor? We’ll do it. Fabrication? Lets figure it out. Trackside/Pitcrew support? With pleasure.

We are automotive people intent on helping automotive people. This company started as a yearning for something more. More than a regular 9-5, more than just going to car shows and track days on the weekends. We want to make the car shows, set up the track days and keep everyone driving.  We started this company from scratch and we’re still growing. As we grow we will be able to offer more to you.

Dare mighty things is our motto, cars are our game. We may not be able to compete with online stores that sell junk for cheap, but hey… They’re not trying to bring racing to your area are they?
